Lenovo RFP - 10 Quantity Minimum or Greater

    For orders of 10 or greater for Lenovo PC skus only - Send an email to rfq@cinchit.com with desired device type, specifications, and warranty needs.  *Additional specifics or needs will improve quote efficacy and accuracy.

Dell RFP - $20,000 or Greater Dollar Amount Expected / Minimum

    For orders over $20,000 for Dell PC skus only - Send an email to rfq@cinchit.com with desired device type, specifications, and warranty needs.  *Additional specifics or needs will improve quote efficacy and accuracy.

Is there a guaranteed discount?

        No. Pricing can fluctuate very often and not every sku will be eligible.

Are there bulk discounts for monitors, docking stations, printers or other accessories?

        Not at this time.

How long does it take to receive a quote once submitted?

        You should expect to receive a response within 24 hours. *Formal Deal Registrations can take up to an additional 72 hours.

How long is an RFQ valid for?

        The vendor will dictate the date when volume pricing will expire. This expiration date will be included on your quote. Formal Deal Registrations have a default expiration of 2 weeks from receiving.
